More than 20 years in specific thermo-bimetal components

Situated near Grenoble, southern France, Delta Concept develops and manufactures, on specifications, components and sub-assemblies for thermal, electrical or pressure regulation and security, using bimetal technology or structural hardening metals.

Delta concept customers are small or big international companies, which manufacture equipment goods (see our references), and which look for specifics characteristics, precision and performance, for a sub-assembly under specific thermal or pressured environment.

From its collaboration in Technology analysis, during customer pre-development phase, until sub-assembly mass production, passing through final product co-design and prototyping, Delta Concept can adapt to the specific need of its’ customers, the size, the shape, the mechanical force, the acting mode of bimetal (slow deflection or snap action, automatic or manual reset) and the activate /reset temperatures (for snap action bimetals).

Taken over by Gilbert Pitone in 2006, Delta Concept today takes part, with big companies, in several projects including innovation and sustainable growing, thanks to its experience, and to the multiple advantages of its technology.
