A new generation pressure cooker
Thgis breakthrough pressure cooker allows cooking which preserves the vitamins and the mineral elements of the food, and optimises the tenderness and the flavor.
Vitamins and flavor preserved
After different tests, the Nutricook has been approved for preserving twice more the vitamins than a classic pressure cooker. Thanks to the the slow steam cooking, the starches keep a low glycemic index, the meats keep their B6 vitamins and their tenderness, and the fishes, up to 25% more of oméga 3.
